If I could give 10+ stars to ALLURIA at Arlo Henderson’s agency I would. She is kind, professional, and efficient. I had an issue with my account and she helped me work toward resolving it. The issue had to be escalated, but nonetheless, I am satisfied with the service I received because Alluria took the time to listen and understand my concerns. It is hard to find top notch customer service nowadays and Alluria is the epitome of just that. I had been with State Farm since 2017 for coverages on our rental properties in OH and AZ. We have always had a good relationship with the teams at our prior agencies. After moving to Florida in 2023, I was reluctant to find a new agency. But Arlo’s team has made the transition smooth for me and my family. We will definitely be using this agency for all the products we plan to add in the near future.
